In 2013, Velasquez Dolan Litigation Attorneys was founded by Partner’s Carlos A. Velasquez and Richard J. Dolan II. In 2022, Attorney William Soler joined Carlos and Richard as a Shareholding Partner, forming Velasquez Dolan Soler Litigation Attorney’s.
